HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF THE ITEM I ORDERED?
You can find out the status of the shipment or via the "My Order" option on our site or contact us by email or by phone 1-888-440-4126. Support time is 9AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
HOW IS ORDERING AND BILLING DONE?
At the time of making a purchase, our web store will ask you to leave a credit card number or Paypal account. The full amount of your order will be charged at that time. The amount consists of the price of the items you ordered to which is added the price of package delivery and tax (if necessary).
When completing the purchase, the system will accurately indicate the transaction price. The product package will be prepared within 48 hours sent to you. If at the time of preparing the shipment we are not able to send you some of the items that you ordered, we will call you if you would like to cancel the entire transaction or to send you a partial shipment. Money for those articles that we were not able to send will be returned to you immediately.

HOW ARE YOU SENDING SMARTER GOODS?
As you will be able to see, we do not send the perishable goods at this moment. Goods that are somewhat sensitive to temperature differences, such as sweets and chocolate (due to melting), are sent via special UPS food packages.
